Many studios are once again offering in-person classes!
Please check the links for the specific studio to determine in-person, online or both! Studios have marked practice spots as required for social distancing. Most studios are requesting masks be worn except when "on your mat." All studios require you to bring your own props. There are no studio props to rent or borrow.

• Currently I teach at various locations in the Cincinnati area. Please find dates and times of current classes and workshops on the list above.

Workshops

• Eventually we will be in recovery mode from these challenging times. Consider a custom wellness program or immune boosting workshop.
• Workshops running 4 hours or less allow you to take a deep dive into a single topic.
• For multiple topics, or those seeking an immersive experience, we customize programs up to  1 1/2 days in length.
